Meet the Founder
Experience Built on Perspective
Parin Daneshmandi is the Founder and Principal Lawyer of Pristine Law. Her approach to law has been shaped not only by her legal education, but by years spent working in the legal field and seeing firsthand what clients need from the professionals they trust with important matters.
Parin began working in law while completing her undergraduate studies and continued building practical legal experience throughout her education and into law school. Working alongside lawyers and directly with clients gave her an early understanding of the legal process from both sides: the work required behind the scenes and the experience of the person relying on that work.
Over the years, that experience shaped a simple belief: exceptional legal service should feel personal. Clients should understand what is happening, know what comes next, and feel confident that their matter is receiving the attention it deserves.
Parin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University before completing her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the University of Leicester. She later completed her articles at a boutique real estate law firm, where she gained hands-on experience in residential and commercial real estate, mortgage financing and private lending, corporate and commercial matters, wills and estates, and civil litigation. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
She founded Pristine Law to bring those experiences together and create a practice defined by thoughtful counsel, meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and a genuinely personal approach to client service.

Began working in the legal field while completing undergraduate studies, building practical experience within law firms alongside her education.

Completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science, with coursework spanning politics, law, history, and psychology, building a broad foundation for her continued legal education.

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
Completed her legal education in the United Kingdom while continuing to build on years of practical experience in the legal field.

Articles & Call to the Bar
Ontario Bar Association
Completed her articles at a boutique real estate law firm, gaining hands-on experience across real estate transactions, mortgage financing and private lending, corporate and commercial matters, wills and estates, and civil litigation. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
